Backstory:
The history of this computer is unknown. The intel xeon and lower end graphics card would make you think that it was a server but it has a sound card had a normal install of windows 10 on it. It couldnt've been from a computer enthusiast becuase it was given to a repair person to be recycled.
In october 2025 I got this computer and installed windows 8.1 on it.
Later that month it appeared in my windows 8.1 video.
on the march 30 2026 I added a dial up modem, im pretty sure it doesnt have native drivers for windows 8 and I have no clue how to set it up (I don't have a dialup connection)
